Credit Hire Companies
Does anyone on here work for a claims management company or does anyone have experience of using one used recently?

My son was hit by a drunk driver whilst stationary at a set of temporary traffic lights. There were no witnesses at the time of the incident although other cars stopped and prevented the drunk driver from driving off. The drunk driver was arrested at the scene but because it was classed as a head on collision his own insurance company has said no liability can be proved either way unless the other driver admits liability. The fact he was in no state to even know how to turn his ignition off is irrelevant apparently.

You need to give his insurers a massive boot up the arse.
If the other party was pissed up they should be having a field day.

Nonsense from the other party's insurance company. The position the vehicles were in at the time of impact probably indicates which car was moving and which one static. Don't be put off, get the Police report and if you have legal cover included in your policy initiate a claim.
